Refund Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy covers HomeFile, once available. Guides, downloads, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Free trial and first payment
If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@yourhomeassistants.com and we'll refund it in full, no reason needed.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of a renewal, we'll refund the renewal in full.
Reminder before yearly renewals
We email yearly subscribers at least 7 days before each renewal charge.
Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid
If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
